Refund Policy

Effective date: June 2026

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for Motive Premium subscriptions. If you have any billing questions, contact us at support@getmotive.fitand we’ll sort it out.

Free trial

All new Premium subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you’ll never be billed. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Accountpage inside the app. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period — we don’t cut off access immediately. After the period ends, your account reverts to the free plan. Any AI programs you’ve already created stay in your account and keep working.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed each month and may be cancelled at any time. We do not issue refunds for the current billing month once it has started.

Annual subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase, we’ll refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of the annual period.

Exceptions

If you were charged due to a technical error on our end, contact us and we’ll make it right. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 2 business days.

How to request a refund

Email support@getmotive.fitwith your account email and a brief description of the issue. Include “Refund request” in the subject line.
